Program Manager

Seeking Program Manager to supervise the implementation of a comprehensive program for college bound high school students. Responsibilities include placing and monitoring students in tutoring/intern positions within the organization and in outside settings; preparing students for college including the college application process; maintaining detailed tracking records; and working with community agencies and groups.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree; strong organizational skills; excellent written and oral communication skills; attention to detail; outstanding interpersonal skills. It is a 12 month position with excellent salary/benefits package.

Bilingual and experience working with high school students preferred but not mandatory.
